EXERCISE YOUR BODY AND BRAIN AT LEAST FOR 30 MINUTES A DAY.
Choose any sport you like like footboll, soccer, baseball, jump rope, running, swimming, tennis, basketball, volleyball, or any activity that involves movement.
Read for 30 minutes every single day.
GOOD HEALTH HABITS (HYGIENE).
----Take a shower every day.
----Cover your mouth when cought or sneeze.
----Wash your hands before any meal or snack, and after using the restroom.
----Brush your teeth at least twise a day.
PERFECT NUTRITION.
Grains: 6-11 servings. (rice, whole wheat bread, oatmeal, pasta, cereal, tortilla, etc.)
Vegetables: 3-5 servings. (broccoli, lettuce, corn, carrots, onion, etc.)
Fruits: 2-4 servings. (apple, orange, grapes, watermelon, etc.)
Milk: 2-4 servings. (milk, cheese,etc.)
Meat: 1-2 servings. (fish, chicken, ,etc.)
Oils: 1 serving: (olive oil, dark chocolate, etc.)
